As a certified Trauma of Money (TOM) facilitator, my work is deeply influenced by the Trauma of Money framework and TOM's founder, Chantel Chapman. This quote is what inspired the title of this workshop!
You'll learn a processs to connect with your intuition and embodied wisdom for an aligned entrpreneurial journey and coherent business decision-making, as well as how to reframe common money myths that may be keeping you from promoting and selling your work/products/services.
At the end, we'll do a guided meditation and set intentions for the New Moon in Cancer!
There will also be time for Q+A to get personalized feedback on your biggest entrepreneurial struggles.

We'll start the workshop off with a discussion about how mainstream entrepreneurship and "business as usual," are manifestations of ongoing colonization, patriarchy, and white supremacy. The good news? IT IS POSSIBLE to do business differently. IT IS POSSIBLE to start and grow a business with your anti-oppressive values front and center. I'll also give examples of amazing people I admire who are already doing business differently.
I'll be taking you through 3 phases of what I teach inside Vesta Business School.
Bolster. Identify. Soften.
Bolster: Boundaries are beautiful and benefit everyone, but we're often not taught how to implement and maintain our own boundaries because of white surpremacist, cisheteropatriarchy. Leaky boundaries can lead to burn out and frustration. Bolstered boundaries give you back your time, space, and creativity, so you can do more of what you love and less of what you don't. They also allow you to serve in your business effectively.
Identify: Identifying our trauma of money can help us unlock what's holding us back from creating financial security and well-being. Part of belonging to ourselves is prioritizing our financial well-being. Ensuring that our material needs are being taken care of will allow us to show up and serve in the ways we are called.
Soften: Attachment Theory is a lens that helps us describe how our relationship with our primary caregiver(s) impacts our relationships as adults. This can be relationships in all regards: intimate, friends, co-workers, bosses, your business, and even your relationship with your finances. We'll take a look at the different attachment styles and how it might be impacting your business and money. I'll offer ways you might be able to start developing a more secure attachment to your work and finances.
It's crucial to be gentle, affirming, and soft with ourselves as we engage in this healing work and self-discovery process.
I'll facilitate a guided meditation and together we'll set intentions for the New Moon in Cancer happening on the day of this workshop!
Vesta Business School is a 6-month hybrid (meaning group and 1:1) coaching container where your big vision and dreams will be held and encouraged, so you can rewire subconscious beliefs that are keeping you stuck, stagnant, and playing small.
