I was also working as a nanny, at a Montessori school, and as a rock climbing instructor while building Terra, and soon found it extremely difficult to have any kind of social life. I fell into a depression and experienced a heinous acne breakout. I knew I needed a change and I knew I needed a deep mindset shift when it came to my creative work and my relationship with marketing and sales, both inherent to building a business, non-profit, or any kind of creative endeavor that you want to support you financially.
