Vesta Vision Sessions are a package of 3 one-on-one coaching sessions for anti-capitalist, feminist entrepreneurs designed to help you map out a vision for the coming year that feels aligned with your values, needs, and aspirations.
Clarity and Goal Setting: Together we’ll identify and refine your goals for the new year, ensuring they are rooted in your core values and authentic purpose.
Healing Money Trauma: We’ll address emotional and psychological blocks, such as scarcity mindset or shame, that may hinder your progress or alignment, using trauma-informed methods and tools like astrology, tarot, and somatic experiencing.
Creating Actionable Roadmaps: We’ll craft practical, personalized steps to guide you in turning your vision into reality while emphasizing sustainability and avoiding burnout.
Anti-Capitalist Foundations: We’ll ground the process in an anti-capitalist framework to fuel you in building a path forward that challenges traditional capitalist narratives and fosters collective liberation.
Chani Nicholas says,
"Vesta is about what we dedicate ourselves to, what we focus on. And it’s about the flame, the hearth, the home. The flame that we keep alive in our life. So, it's about what we believe in and how we are dedicated to it. And Vesta is a signature of belonging to oneself, so it's more of an internal and internalized experience more than an extroverted or externalized, or experience about other people. It’s really about communing with god, goddess, the great divine, through the rituals that are about turning our energy inward and being replenished, and going back to those replenishing practices and places."
Vesta Vision Sessions are about helping you realign with your innate rhythms and the intuitive systems that naturally guide you, allowing both you and your business to thrive. Just as nature is built on intelligent and harmonious systems, these rhythms are often disrupted by oppressive forces like capitalism, patriarchy, and white supremacy. These coaching sessions are designed to clear away societal noise and reconnect you with your authentic self, empowering you to build a business rooted in reciprocity, authenticity, and mutual care.
Together, we’ll map tangible next steps to take your entrepreneurial journey to “the next level,” recognizing that "taking it to the next level" will look unique for everyone. Whether it’s redefining success, overcoming blocks, or finding sustainable ways to align your work with your anti-capitalist values, these sessions are about building resonance inside and outside when it comes to your entrepreneurial goals.
Once you sign up for Vesta Vision Sessions, you'll receive an email from me with a link to my personal calendar. This makes it easy for you to schedule your sessions at times that work best for you.
Here’s how it works:
- You can redeem your three coaching sessions at any point between now and the end of February 2025.
- Sessions can be spaced out according to your needs: as frequently as once a week for three weeks, as spaciously as one session a month for three months, or any combination in between.
- The only scheduling restriction is that sessions cannot be booked more than once in a single week.
- Coaching hours are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
This flexibility allows you to design a coaching experience that feels supportive and sustainable for your growth. Whether you want to dive deep and work intensively or take more time between sessions to reflect and integrate, the choice is entirely yours!
Hey, friend! I'm Erin, a white, cis, bisexual woman, and a European settler of Irish and German descent living on the traditional and stolen homelands of the Osage, Miami, and Oceti Sakowin peoples, otherwise known as St. Louis, Missouri. I'm a writer, speaker, educator, and a trauma-informed mindset and business coach with a background in anti-oppressive facilitation.
I became an accidental entrepreneur through starting Terra Incognita Media. I built Vesta Business School because it’s exactly what I needed at the start of my journey.
Between Terra and Vesta I'm driven to spread the feminist and gay agenda, cultivate a nourishing and supportive community, as well as build an informative and robust educational platform for folks who strive to dismantle systems of oppression in their personal and professional lives, so we can see tangible shifts towards economic and environmental justice.
I strive to always acknowledge the impact of racialized capitalism on Black and Indigenous folks, and those who have been economically marginalized.
That’s why I'm committed to making my work as financially accessible as possible. I offer scholarships and extended payment plans specifically for Black and Indigenous folks, and for individuals from economically marginalized backgrounds. My goal is to ensure that cost isn’t a barrier for those dedicated to personal and collective healing and justice.
If finances are a concern, please don't hestiate to reach out to me at erin@erinkmonahan.com and I'll get back to you asap about how we can set something up that works for you! I can't wait to support you!
"Erin is a business coach who honors clients with feminist and anti-capitalist values, and imbues in her coaching sessions her own lived experience as a small business owner. She is a great listener and will advocate for you advocating for yourself. She holds no illusions about capitalism as a oppressive and unreasonable system, and how it affects those of us with radical values while trying to work for ourselves. If you need help getting your business off the ground, or someone to assist you in reassessing your work so far, Erin is a great coach full of resources to help guide you. "
"Working with Erin is a worthy investment in yourself. You’re going to come out of it doing the personal work that you need to in order to manifest and develop the business that you want. I feel so ready to tackle any aspect of my life and business because I started with myself. Erin created a really safe space for me to explore and figure things out."
“I've learned how to put myself out there, bring forward my authentic self, and be confident in speaking my truth, which I look up to Erin in the way she is able to do that in her work.”
